Financial Analyst

This position is responsible for financial reporting and analysis of business unit results and general accounting duties for the Retail Sales Business Unit.

• Develop profitability models for new product commercialization process, collaborating with supply chain, marketing, and sales.
• Monthly financial analysis of Retail Business Unit P&L, including volume, revenue, gross margin, SG&A, and related balance sheet reconciliations.
• Produce and provide insight on daily, weekly and monthly customer-centric sales reports to support the sales team and BU leadership.
• Key financial support for Brand/Category management team, including consultation, reporting, leading financial category review discussions, and accounting for Marketing campaigns.
• Develop Business Unit in-month finance forecast including key driver analysis.
• Calculation and processing of broker commissions.
• Ad hoc general ledger analysis for marketing and finance.
• Assist in forecasting and budget processes for customer-driven metrics and SG&A.
• Maintain data integrity between multiple reporting systems.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills are required.
• JD Edwards Enterprise One experience a plus.

Education/Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
