Summary

Our client in the Temecula area is seeking a hands-on Payroll Manager, to process and oversee full-cycle payroll. This confident Payroll Manager will be required to demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as Leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Supervision will be required, to oversee two payroll clerks and aid them in reconciliation of payroll sub accounts, and remittance of payroll taxes.Payroll will consist of 3,000+ employee checks (multi-state) bi-weekly.
  • This detailed-oriented Payroll Manager must be able to analyze and ensure the accuracy of input data, and ensure compliance with current government regulations.
Ideal Candidate
  • Degreed in Accounting -Full-Cycle Payroll Experience (1000 employee or more)with SAP -Supervisory skills -Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written -SAP - a MUST -Nova Time (a plus)
  • Intermediate Benefits - Payroll, Intermediate Tax - Payroll, Intermediate Payroll - Over 500 Employees, Intermediate Payroll - Multi-State, Intermediate Payroll - Garnishments, Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Intermediate SAP Manufacturing, Intermediate SAP HR, and Intermediate QuickBooks
