Financial Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for a broad range of complex responsibilities to ensure the company’s financial and contractual requirements are consistently met. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to embrace the a.i. solutions mission of always meeting customer requirements and usually exceeding their expectations. The Business Analyst will be a key member of the Finance Team

• Preparation of pricing submissions for government and commercial proposals
• Develop financial analysis to evaluate operational performance
• Observe and evaluate financial trend variances
• Assist with budget development
• Build ad-hoc financial models and forecasts
• Work with Project Managers to establish project charge structure
• Assist with various accounting functions including: invoicing, payroll and accounts payable
• Ability to maintain multiple schedules and associated deliverables
• Work across multiple business systems such as Deltek Time & Expense, Costpoint, Cognos, and Ultipro.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance, accounting, business, or other related discipline)
• 3 years relevant work experience
• Significant experience with MS Office Applications with a high degree of proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and excel under pressure
• Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing to external and internal stakeholders
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees
• Ability to thrive in a detail-oriented environment
• U.S. Citizenship
