• Directs all activities in forecasting, scheduling, inventory management, service levels, and production planning and execution to ensure a smooth, fast, and cost effective operation.
• Directs processes for order allocation focusing on maximum SBU revenue, and order fulfillment.
• Works closely with Merchandising and Sales and all Supply Chain Directors to execute required functions to achieve desired results.
• Participates in all key activities relating to SBU objectives and maintains communication with Sales and Merchandising to ensure requirements are met.
• Plans and delivers results in executing the marketing company strategy showing continuous improvement in planning costs, quality of inventory, and customer satisfaction.
• Recommends and executes process, technological, and organizational improvements to support the business plan. This also includes creating and implementing new measurements to benchmark status and results to determine success and identify additional areas of improvement.
• Enhance team approach from front end to back end by utilizing a positive approach.
• Selection, management, and development of key team members to achieve desired results.

Job Requirements:

• Years of Related Professional Experience: 5-7+

Educational/Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills required (oral, written, presentation) for top-to-top interactions with internal as well as external customers and suppliers
• Effective negotiating skills
• Competent computer skills
• Must work well under pressure and heavy deadlines
• Must be flexible

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
