32 Solutions Ltd is a Colorado-based executive search firm specializing in mid to executive level positions for technical roles. We opened our doors in 2008 and although we’ve grown, we continue to be a small, focused, specialty search firm. We work with small to medium sized technology-based companies that choose to partner with their talent provider. We provide candidates for direct-hire, contract-to-hire and contract positions. We aren’t nationally recognized nor are we striving to win any awards for volume. We work with a small group of great companies; most of which are also based here in Colorado. 32 Solutions Ltd specializes in hard to find technical resources. We tend to spend more time on the front end of our searches resulting in fewer resumes for our hiring managers to review. We have a limited number of openings at any given time because we actually intend to fill them. This isn’t a numbers game to us. We have long term partnerships with our clients and work on contingency, exclusive and retained agreements.
